Anine Grumbles has been making truffles for gifts and community fund-raising events for many years. Anine and husband, Bruce, live among the tall soothing Douglas fir trees in Washington State.

Anine “daylights” as a Radiation Health Physicist for the Washington State Department of Health.
Anine is multi-faceted: She holds a bachelors degree in nutrition and is a certified master practitioner of neuro-linguistic programming incorporating the use of essential oils for enhancing health and wellbeing. She is also a former massage therapist and Reiki practitioner.
Anine teaches truffle making and winemaking classes upon request.
